Ministry Staff at First Presbyterian Church

First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg is blessed with a ministry staff that serves and leads the congregation in a variety of ways. If you have any questions for any of our staff, feel free to reach out to them by clicking their name to email them.

    Co-Lead Pastors

Mike and Jen Haddox began to serve as pastors First Presbyterian Church in the Fall of 2021. They are a husband and wife team who share the lead pastor role. Based on their unique and complementary gifting, Mike takes the lead in family ministry, preaching, and pastoral care, and Jen takes the lead in directing the staff, session, and ministry teams.

They share a deep commitment to equipping the church to grow as disciples who are engaged in mission locally and globally. They love spending time with their two boys and extended family in the region. In their free time, they enjoy movies, cooking and eating good food, and road-trip adventures.

Director of MUSIC Ministry & CHILDREN'S Ministry

Tome joined the First Presbyterian Church staff in the summer of 2010. After studying opera in college, she worked in the classical music field and as a vocal coach, both of which she still does. When she is not making music, she enjoys reading and spending time with her pets. Tome's mother was a pastor, and now she counts it a privilege to get to teach, share, and minister through music with the congregation of FPC, especially the children.

    director of CONNECTION ministry

Becky joined the First Presbyterian Church staff during the summer of 2008. She has a Masters degree in Christian Formation and Ministry from Wheaton College. Her position at the church is in partnership with the CCO, which is a campus ministry organization. She spends a significant portion of her time reaching out to students on the Waynesburg University campus. Becky loves spending time with my husband, Mike, and two kids and adventuring in the outdoors.

    OFFICE AdministratOR

Lisa joined the First Presbyterian Church staff in the summer of 2020. She enjoys time with her family, music, gardening, boating, and crafts.
